🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your K-Beauty ritual. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.

10-Day Easy Returns You may return new, unopened, and unused items within 10 days of delivery for a refund.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• How to Start a Return:

  1. Simply email our friendly support team at hello@popkkon.com with:

     • Your Order Number

     • "RETURN" in the subject line

     • The item(s) you wish to return and a brief reason.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print the label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at the designated carrier.

Refund Process Once your returned package is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund (minus the return shipping label fee) will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

• Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement.

• Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items To maintain strict hygiene standards for cosmetics, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

• Opened or used beauty/skincare products

• Single-use items (e.g., Sheet Masks, Eye Patches)

• Clearance & Site-wide Promotional Sales items (e.g., Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals)
