We want you to love your K-Beauty ritual. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.

30-Day Easy Returns

You may return new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

• Return Fee: A flat fee of $5 will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the prepaid return shipping label.

• How to Start a Return: Simply email our friendly support team at hello@popkkon.com with:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. "RETURN" in the subject line

  3. The item(s) you wish to return and a brief reason.

Refund Process

• Once your returned package is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund (minus the $5 return shipping fee) will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

• Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement.

• Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

To maintain strict hygiene standards for cosmetics, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

• Opened or used beauty/skincare products

• Single-use items (e.g., Sheet Masks, Eye Patches)

• Clearance & Site-wide Promotional Sales items (e.g., Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals)
